I'm convinced the reason I conceived DD1 was my addiction to Grilled Cheese sandwiches and pickles and chocolate milk. I was so busy with work that I almost never ate and snacked mostly.
DD2 however was bananas, breakfast, supplements and swaying with timing. I'm pretty sure I know what screwed up the sway but if it gives any boy moms hope, it's that you can concieve a girl while swaying for a boy.

I think fast food is not best for the good health. We just eat home food that is the good for the health. So we must avoid to eating fast food for better fitness.

Not much protein at all really. Loved chocolate and lollies. Cereal for breakfast (nutrigrain mostly) or toast. Bread for lunch or other carbs. Lots of carbs all day really. Not that much veg or fruit...little to no red meat. I drank HEAPS of diet coke!! Hardly any exercise at all.
