Thanks so much atomic, do you think I’m doing ok? & on the right track for girl sway?
I don’t track the food I eat just weigh the main stuff like chicken & yoghurt & have come to understand amounts of rice & potato. Didn’t want to get to bogged down in weighing/charting. Maybe I should track it in an app for a few days to get values?
I actually did have some mayo & mustard with my roast chicken & veg last & it was a yummy addition. I also had beans at lunch instead for the last 2 days. Which was a nice Mexican siesta from chicken [emoji490] All your ideas I will give a run, adds interest!
