Thank you, good to know. Google always scares me haha. I Did the one attempt this month and should start in 9 days or so. If this month didn’t work I’ll do the E4D and clomid 3-7 which worked the last time I got pregnant with my girl.
I haven’t worked out in about 6-7 months. Should I start this month if I’ll be trying when I start Jan 10? Or will it raise my testosterone adding workouts for a few weeks before the attempt?

We originally worried about potentially "raising T" if you started it the month you were trying but the results for exercise have been so good I now think you should go for it if you possibly can. Testosterone has kind of fallen apart for swaying anyway and I really have a hard time believing it is swaying much if at all. So I think it's best to do what works for most people most of the time (exercise) and not skip it because of a theoretical fear that has never been proven (testosterone)
Why? Because we tracked our results and the same number of people got girls with and without it, so it clearly isn't working.
The essays talk about all kinds of sway tactics that some people use. Without testing them, we can't know if they are working or not. But antihistamines just really haven't seemed to help much. Up to you if you want to use them.
