I'm pretty sure at least one of my boys would have been conceived after we'd been drinking - DH and I have always enjoyed a tipple or two! I did buy a bottle of Vodka when I started my girl sway (doesn't have the nutrients and calories of wine!) but I haven't drunk spirits in years and I couldn't face it! DH did continue to drink during our sway though.
I saw a bottle of wine at Wal Mart today called "seven daughters".....THAT'S the one we'll be using ;) LOL!
And LOL to the poster who said grandma ended up in rehab with 3 daughters...sad...but made the LMAO!!!! HA! I may end up in a straight jacket from swaying!
I had the exact same thoughts. I want to add a couple vodka and cranberry drinks to my attempt but I'm too scared! I know a girl who has 4 girls and 1 boy and she was drinking every time she got pg. I also noticed a lot of young moms (teens) tend to have girls and some I know were after a night of partying.Quote:

Yeah, it is crazy about my grandmother. My mom and I always used to wonder what made her have 3 girls! Her favorite drinks were martinis or sherry. OMG…this is so funny and strange…DH isn't a heavy drinker but add me to the list of “DH was drunk and we went on to conceive a girl”…DH had about 4 beers in him from a company party when we DTD. I O’d 7 days later and that BFP was a girl. After reading through all the responses, it sure can’t hurt if we break out the booze when it’s TTC again. Night after night of BD can get pretty tedious…

What drinks sway blue and what sways pink? There has to be a difference. My neighbor who has made beer for years has 2 girls but he makes a high achool level beer. My dad who had 4g drank cheap beers and smoked anything that rolled up. And it seems the people I know with a lot of girls drink more then one daily.
I need to figure this out since I have to change a lot in my sway... I would love to drink Tequila and Vodka again but would it sway pink. What to drink!!!
Well....I had gin and tonic that night but I'm also a very cheap drunk! 2 small glasses later and I was telling party guests things they should never know!!!! :rofl: My hubby on the other hand had beer and Crown Royal(Rye I believe). He was drinking it straight out of the bottle!!! I've never seen him so blasted in all the years we've been together! He's a beer a day kind of guy:) Some days he just has a pepsi, others he has a pepsi and rum. I actually told him to drink one a day 2 months before we started trying...he didn't complain... LOL! Although he now has a belly to match the 17w one I have;)
