Hi atomic, I had my ultrasound today for my fertility testing I decided not to tell them I was pregnant and still go as I felt it would be beneficial to see if they found anything and I knew a pregnancy wouldn’t show up yet, so I just had an abdominal ultrasound and she just said everything looks “good” allthough af would be due today and she said the uterus lining is only 4.8mm which from my understanding anything under 8mm is classed as thin so this is horrific! I want to be optimistic but I really don’t think there is much point so I want to re start my sway in a pregnancy friendly way so I was going to ask you what you thought about eating a healthy pregnancy diet but sticking to eating at say 12pm 5pm and 9pm and carrying on with the exercise? Probably only 4 days a week, I really hope it does all work out but I’ve been in this situation too many times before to be stupidly hopeful about something which has a very slim chance of going well! Let me know what you think x

Operate under the assumption that you are pregnant and that it is working out normally. They make mistakes all the time and I have seen tons and tons of people who worried about their linings only to have things work out anyway.
There is no harm in continuing exercise and eating in that pattern but don't do anything beyond that. You are pregnant until you aren't and there are so many stories where the docs get it wrong that I'd not put any stock into anything they say at this stage of the game.

Ok thankyou, I’m gonna speak to my less than helpful doctor tomorrow about it all so I will see what she has to say - not a lot I’m sure! And Im just gonna stick to the le diet eating times rather than diet and see where I end up! Thankyou
