I think youÂ’re spot on about the bingeing - I really need to eat more at lunch. The coke actually helps as I donÂ’t useually drink stuff like that and I find it so sweet that it does stop me wanting chocolate.
The wine I think is ok and lowers blood sugar even though that seems impossible! I have a glass as IÂ’m cooking and then another glass as I eat. IÂ’m not sure about if it has to always be only with food so will be great to get more clarification on that. It really helps me limit my eating so thats working well for me
