Eating the empty cals is good and will help yoru sway.
The other thing I was going to mention, is if you are having trouble getting enough cals before filling your stomach too soon like rainbow described, I STRONGLY suggest adding in full-sugar pops or Seattle's Best coffee drinks with every meal.
Full sugar pop will give you 160 cals, with no fat, pro, 50 mg sodium (average)
Seattle's Best Coffee 110 cals 1.5 g fat 3 g protein, 40 mg sodium plus a bit of calcium for those who want it.http://www.seattlesbest.com/product-...lla-latte.aspx
RE B6 - if you NEED the B6 for your LP then keep taking it! I don't want people who don't need it, to take it for their sway tho.
