Not eating breakfast, this has been clinically proven. It was my biggest change, I followed it for 7 months and I could really feel the difference in my body due to it. I feel it's REALLY important for ttc pink, it's soooo hard to not to eat for hours when you wake up, but god it was worth it for me when I heard those words.....

What sort of bulky foods would you suggest for DH to eat? Are carbs ok or should they be kept low as well?
Low protein - as long as possible in advance of swaying. You can do lower protein/vegetarian for however long you like prior to TTC, then switch to the more restrictive diet 6 weeks before. It may be easier for you to live with that way.
Frequent release is every day for 5 days minimum, preferably for 7-10 days. Twice a day is even better and you may want to do that on the day you actually are TTC - have him release once in the morning, throw it away, then DTD again. Obviously some guys can't do that and abstinence may be a better choice, but abstinence brings with it the risk of less healthy sperm.
Now now, don't be naughty!!! I am the queen of eliminating the unneccesary from swaying and I agree totally that it's best to TTC quick and get it over with because these neverending prolonged detail oriented sways only raise people's testosterone. But still, if you want a good sway, you gotta do the important parts that have evidence to back them up. And diet DOES have evidence to back it up.
IF spermicide is the only thing you do, use MORE. Start with a 1/2 applicator and see what happens.
