On Lunarium, go to calendars and then universal lunar calendar. It is in London time and changes to Virgo (girl) on Fri 18th at 2218hrs. It doesn't change to Libra (boy) until Mon 21st at 0116hrs. Yes you will need to adjust times for your US time zone. Well done losing a few pounds too!Quote:

You can use Rephresh every 3 days from after AF and you could use a full applicator the morning of DTD if you wanted to - it's pretty difficult to get any other amount out of the applicator! I would just not be too meticulous about getting every last drop out - give the applicator a good squeeze and you're done :D
You could indeed have DH release twice a day for the 2 or 3 days leading up to your attempt and then have him release once (even twice) before DTD on the day of your attempt. That would be better in my opinion than a 4 day abstinence because sperm count would be pretty high with that option (and it's something boy swayers sometimes aim for!).

I think even the week of o changes what little one makes it....but not sure how we will ever know.

Does rephresh kill off sperm? It says it is say before or after sex and is not a contraceptive...so, does it still kill off sperm?

I would do a pretty strict sway with RepHResh if you can get some, antihistamine, jump and dump right after attempt, and maybe a compressed FR (described in above post.)
A hot bath is better for pink than a hot shower.
