the sonographer actually offered out that she knew what we were having without me even asking although wasn't officially allowed to tell us due to hospital policy. on the close up it definitely looked like balls/willy sticking up and she said "for a girl, it goes that way but for a boy it stays sticking up so you can see for yourself and make your own mind up". She said most sonographers haven't been trained in early gender scans so won't guess but because she has had training as she does it privately she can see what she's looking for from 12 weeks. My due date stayed the same so at 13+2 I can't see how it could be wrong when we got such a clear view.

So sorry you didn’t hear pink but it sounds like your blue bundle beat the odds and was determined to be part of your family!
That's awesome that she is trained in early gender scanning. And so kind that she shared it with you. I'm sorry that it wasn't what you were dreaming. But this determined baby will hopefully be more than you could have ever dreamed of. Congrats on your healthy bean!Quote:
