Hi Atomic,
We did try this cycle but again hubby could only finish just once in the whole 3 days and looks like that was not enough. I got my AF 3 days back. Im disappointed but getting ready for the next cycle again.
This cycle along with my veg food I would like to include eggs and chicken.
Can I include 3 eggs per day ?
And chicken should it be breast? And whats the frequency per week?
Also planning to include salmon 2 times a week.
Also Im planning to go condom less this cycle.I hope this will make hubby to not get pressurised during the fertile window.
Also planning to include weights or pushups or squats.
I have never excercised and I have only 2.5 weeks to go for Ovulation. Can it still help?
Also how much time should I exercis(My BMI 25)?Is it everyday or every other day? Also I read in your post that climbing stairs can help too. Should I do this extra or as part of the overall workout?

Are there any tips to reduce hubby's pressure during that time? He says he does nt have any pressure but cant finish at all.He tried so hard for the whole 3 days just trying to finish but Alas! No it dint happen.We both felt almost depressed and exhausted.But after my fertile window he comes so easily.Only our TTC time does something to his mind.That 3 days time was so hard I wished I never wanted that time again!
I would want to keep opk info from him this time but for 3 attempts we both need to take off to work, so he would know.And 3 attempts seemed impossible last time for him to cope.We struggled even with 1.I was so worried last time with just 1 attempt as it is said to sway pink.We could not get the 2nd one despite being on that the whole time.
Any other ladies too please please suggest some tips on this.
3 eggs a day is fine if you can get them in there. If you get sick of them, I'd rather see you start off doing something you can stick with over time (like if you know you're going to get sick of 3 eggs a day soon, better to start off doing them every other day for a longer time, rather that stuffing yourself and getting so tired of them that you have to stop eating them)
Dark meat chicken is best but breast meat is ok too (I don't like dark chicken and rarely ever eat it but I have 4 boys!)
Yes exercise can still be begun, but please go easy on it, don't try to make up for lost time by doing lots. REmember you don't want to tax your body!
Since things were so difficult this time I would not try for 3 attempts, just see if you can get in two.
