Yes, for the Centrum just take the dose on the package.

Folate

I like you guys to take a total of around 2000 mcg a day (counting the amount in prenatal) so that's what I'd aim at. Doesn't have to be exactly 2000, if you're a little short it's ok.

Yes but he should have enough in his vitamin already. He doesn't need more.

Hi Atomic, So my folate from iherb arrived today and its 1000mcg, and my centrum vontains 400mcg. Is this amount okay or should i take 2x folate but then it would be a total of 2400mcg? Which option is better?

I would take 1000 am and 1000 pm, and then the centrum with 400 midday.
