There's nothing magic about breakfast, the reason why we skip it is firstly because the Oxford study found a link between eating bfast and having more boys (and our own experiences seem to confirm, with exceptions on both sides) and secondly because it's an EASY way for people to keep blood sugar lower a little longer and maybe reduce cals somewhat. IF it's not easy for you, then that kinda eliminates the second option from the table, you know??
