Lex, thank you. I am making sure I get in at least 1500 calories a day. My DH says this is the last month I can be on the diet strictly, so I’m praying I get pregnant this month[emoji120] it has certainly caused some stress on our marriage, especially since he doesn’t believe in swaying.

1500 is not enough. 1500 is LOWER limits of what I generally recommend. I would up that to 1800-2000.
