Thank you so much! This helps so much to put me at ease. I was so heartbroken when I got my period this month. I know it was only our first month ttc, but I really felt that the way things fell into place and how I thought God was answering prayers concerning my sway, I truly thought I was pregnant. But I guess what I thought I heard from God, was not really God and must have just been me [emoji17]
I was so disappointed, so I slacked a little on the diet. But I am back on it now. Not giving up yet, and praying it won’t be a much longer road to get pregnant. [emoji120]

It's really so hard when you want something so much because we start seeing signs and portents everywhere!
Just try to remember this is very well God answering your prayer just in a different month than you expected. For all we know this is God lending you a hand and making sure you don't get pregnant in a boy-friendly month for you.

Yes! That’s what I think happened- I wanted it so badly, I thought I was seeing signs from God. That is a great way to look at it too! Maybe God did just have me be a little more patient bc it was more of a boy month for me. I never thought of it like that. Thank you for your kind words Atomic[emoji175]

Hi! So I took a few months off so that I would avoid having another fall baby. But I’m back to the diet and everything else. I was reading over my posts in this thread and had a question. As I am about 102-104 pounds currently and very petite, you had suggested that I add in one full fat serving of dairy each day and one serving of red meat 4 times a week. My question is- would I still need to include the cal/fat/protein from these foods each day? Or would this be in addition to my day’s cal/fat/protein intake? I did take red meat out of my diet recently only bc it’s gives me stomach issues, but I can add it back in if need be.
Also, I was wondering about the exercise. I was afraid to add it back in since I lose weight so quickly, but should I try it out since I’m adding in the full fat dairy and red meat?
One more question (sorry for so many!), can I switch out breakfast for a snack? I’m not a big breakfast eater, but after work I come home and really want a snack before dinner. Or is it too close to dinner (about 1-2 hours) to eat anything? I would still be eating 3x a day- lunch, snack and dinner. But maybe it’s too close to dinner?

In addition (unless it makes you gain weight, which is very very unlikely)
The actual recommendation is 1 serv. ff dairy daily, 4-6 eggs a week, 1 serving salmon if you like it, red meat if you don't. So if the red meat is upsetting your stomach just do the salmon instead.
If at all possible to exercise I suggest it, even if you have to up calories even more to do so. It's ok to fudge protein and fat slightly too (so increase the macros by a few grams) to help get in more calories.
Yes absolutely you can have a snack instead of breakfast if that is your preference. 3 meals is equally as good as 2, it's all about what works best for you, and at any time of day. I had lunch, dinner, bedtime snack when I got my girl.
