Oh no I'm so sorry. I have a guide to swaying after a loss here https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum...scarriage.html Do you want me to delete this (after you've accessed the link, of course) Some people like me to leave them up for future reference and as a bit of a memorial, others prefer them to be removed, I'm happy to do whatever your preference is.
You do not have to delete this. It’s ok. I just read the guide you had linked and do have a question. I found out just before my 7 week mark but babe stopped growing at 5 weeks. I passed the gestational sac on Sat January 12 and my bleeding has completely stopped. My dr. Said as long as my hcg comes back at 0, we can start trying again. There is no need to wait. My question is. How would one know when to start using opks. My bleeding has completely stopped as of last night. Do I wait for a period and start tracking after that or should I just start using opks now? Do my chances of swaying for a girl increase if I just give it a go right away or does waiting a cycle affect that? Any advice would be much appreciated.
Oh I'm so sorry to hear this Mama.
Once you get a negative pregnancy test or HCG reaches zero then you can start testing with OPK.
We believe that trying right after a miscarraige (the first egg, or the first cycle after the first period) may sway a little bit pink. No guarantees of course but if your doc has given the ok I'd probably go for it if you feel good about everything otherwise.
