Eat something that is pure carbs (apple, chocolate, both ok) and don't wait around before you start exercising - the carbs will give you quick fuel to get thru the workout but will burn off quickly and leave you with lower blood sugar than you had in the first place. Be prepared to eat something immediately after exercising if you need to (and maybe even to stop partway thru) because yoru blood sugar WILL crash.
Are you 100% sure you need to eat? Sometimes with skipping breakfast, I find I can go for awhile and not have the same sort of sugar crash when I exercise
I think you need to increase workouts to 6-7 days a week or risk being in "moderate exercise" zone. It can be challenging if you're already in good shape, to tax your body.
