I have these which state one a day - but from memory do u recommend more?

Yes, I recommend more. I had a baby with a neural tube defect taking 800 mcg a day and eating super healthy. Many prenatals have 800-1000 mcg. On the LE Diet we are eating less overall and so I like you guys to take more like 1200-1600 a day.
