Should i drop the nuts and replace them with something else? Or just drop them completely?
In regards to bread - wholegrain, or white?
Am i missing anything that is considered 'crucial' for a girl diet (i know there is no magic food)
Is there anything i should ADD?
Also - how to best control the hunger so that the 'no snacking' is easier?
