:agree: somewhere on here I even suggest that for people who have had opposites in the past. The mental game is so huge for some of us it's hard to let it go when we're planning a sway.

Having previously battled an eating disorder I think dieting and exercising was counterproductive to my sway. So this time I just let it go and just skipped breakfast.
I really think that our age ( both 40 now), and the one attempt with a cut off did it for us. We are so fertile so by abstaining so long and a huge cut off must have really reduced hubbys sperm count.
Of course I will never really know for sure but in my heart I believe that was the key.
Happy to answer anymore questions xx
I think letting go was so important for me. That's why I stuck to long cut offs I honestly was prepared for no baby and told myself if I fall with a huge cut off it was meant to be and it was!
I truly was prepared to not fall pregnant and that helped me to just let go and place it in the hands of fate.
Obviously this is not a strategy for anyone with their heart set on definitely falling pregnant but for me I had 3 healthy boys and was 40 so I was at peace with that.
Congratulations! I’ve definitely read posts of yours over the years, I’m back to try again after a failed sway. Really happy for you
I do remember you! This makes me so happy to read.
I think our sways overlapped. It just took me way longer to get and stay pregnant.
Congratulations and welcome to the three boys and girl club!!
Congratulations Kittendreams. I remember you and your sways. Such great news. Really Happy for you.
I remember you! I think we were on here when I was trying to sway last time too ( I ended up with a beautiful opposite boy !). I'm on here again swaying for our last time in hopes of finally having a daughter!
CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!
