I was doing intense exercise daily for about 1.5 hours when I conceived my little guy, but I was working on building muscle at the time. This time around, I'm going to focus on cardio. I've tried not exercising at all, but I'm not ending up pregnant at all! So I think it's time I dropped the extra weight that I've been carrying since having my baby. I do like walking, so I'll try to get in some more of that every day.
