What did you change from when you conceived your girls and your boys? Did you focus on getting more protein every day? Quit drinking coffee? Also what vitamins do you recommend?

I was taking centrum which is what atomic recommends or at least used to 😅 and I started eating breakfast- ive never eaten any with my older girls but was eating with my last baby girl ( I think BD frequency was what gave me her 🥰) eat more protein as I’ve always been a big carb eater! And I never drank coffee 😅 just tea so I increased the amount of tea i was drinking (black tea)
Just trying not to go hungry (I’d before gp hungry quite often and thats not good for blood sugar) try to eat every 2/3h! im not awesome with my fruits and vegs I’ll eat veggies for dinner and as for fruit I’d drink orange or pineapple juice mixed with soda water!
