IVF and PGD in USA?

When do you ask shady grove clinic?!
I need only PGD cost to be reasonable?!
My insurance will cover the whole cycle except PGD?
Any advice for Low PGD cost under 4000$

You will have to make sure the clinic will bill your insurance for non-fertility reasons. HRC will GIVF in VA will not. RBA in Atlanta would have billed my insurance but I was out of network. I paid $3500 for PGD there.
