sorry i just now saw this. I would prob. not have done the RepHresh in that scenario, but there are no right or wrong answers and I'm sure whatever you guys did was ok.

Thanks atomic! After reading so much on this site I knew your advice would be against and I felt the same way when it came to it. So no rephresh!
Have a great day everyone!
OK Atomic, I have 1 last question....well for this cycle anyway...lol! Just wondering if vitex can give a false positive result on OPK's? On CD10 at 12pm the opk was negative though just a faint line there as there has been my whole cycle, however by 4pm it was super positive as in the test line was ALOT darker than the control line. I have tested everyday since at 12pm after no fluids and 10pm after no fluids and am still having a very positive result. So my opk's have been positive for 3 full days now or 72hrs in total. I had ovulation pains on CD11 in the morning.
This is my first cycle of taking vitex and normally ovulate on CD14, however when I had the positive result on CD10 and ovulation pains on CD11 I thought I had ovulated but now I'm not so sure.
Any thoughts?
I had a false + :) (digital FR) on CD8 last month, again on CD15 and finally for real on CD18 (used strips as well to confirm) and did not O until CD20!! (confirmed by temps) I do think it was the Vitex but I was also drinking particularly strong pep tea and I wonder if that could affect it. I usually O on CD12 or 13 so this month I am stopping the Vitex around day 11.
Hi NeedAGirl, thanks for the reply. Just wondering if your false positive lasted very long? I just did another opk test at lunchtime after 2hrs of no fluid and it came back positive again. I know I'm not pergnant so am wondering if maybe my body geared up to O then didn't but is trying to still? Ahhhhh...it's all a mystery sometimes, I guess all I can do is relax and go with the flow.
My body did show signs of ovulating on CD11 with cervix and CM changes and pains on the left so I guess I will see if I keep getting these positives and just keep BD'ing until the positive results stop.
Thnaks again!
On CD8 and 15 it only became + one time. On the real one it was + 2 days in a row.
Ok, thanks for taking the time to reply. I am up to 4 days of positive OPK. The test line is definitely darker than the control line still. I am now on CD14 and they have been positive since CD10. I have been using the same batch for 2 cycles as I brought them bulk from the internet. I test everyday throughout my whole cycle at 12pm just in case of any changes and normally I have a faint test line and dark control line.
Well this has thrown a spanner in the works.....
