Thanks, auroara. I was just on I-G to browse through their comfirmed boy u/s pics, and unfortunately I found tons that look exactly like my scan...so feeling a little less optimistic about it now.

I'm not so great at nub guessing, but if I had to guess, I think it looks more girl to me. Plus, the skull looks girly too. Good luck!! :)

And now I'm going through the confirmed girl pics and found lots that look like mine too. Aaahhhh! It's enough to drive anyone crazy. I guess at least maybe it's still 50/50...

one of my pics looks slightly like yours and i also feel 50/50 about it. some days i feel its more boy and the other im optimistic it may be a girl. i did exactly what your doing and went on ig and was looking at the confirmed pics and thinking the same, ive now put the pics away and focusing on not looking at them now it was taking over my life! Altho im able to go and get a scan to find out the gender im just so scared of being told what it is. even the thought of it makes me feel sick. im just being happy in my little bubble at the minute. hope you get your girl! xxx

very much a rollercoater ride. i havenjt yet dared go public with it neither. altho my family & friends know but other people like on Fb dont as i just dont think im ready for the gender comments!

Yeah, I'm waiting a while to make a public announcement too. For me it's both the gender issue, and the fact that I won't know the results of my triple screen until 16 weeks. For now only dh, my Mom and my closest girlfriends know. I think I'll have to slowly start telling people I see regularly in person because it's getting too hard to hide my belly, and I think I'll also tell the rest of my family (though probably not the kids yet). I won't be making a FB announcement until I know the baby's healthy and know the gender. I want to avoid all the gender comments too....

As I said in my PM, I agree 100% w/what Doula said! Leaning :babygirl:...Also, the 2nd pic doesn't seem to have a lot going on which could also be a sign of a :biggirl2: as there are a lack of boy bits popping up.

AGGGHHHH! So nerve-wracking, isn't it!?! For the next month or so, stay as busy as possible and do anything to occupy your mind with other things so you're not stucking Nubsess Madness as I was. I am hoping and :pray: you've got your little girl in there, MJ! :HH:
