If sonographer says that she can see bits between legs at 15 weeks does that mean baby is surely a boy?? and she said my US was very clear.

Boy, especially if she said it was very clear. It looks like there is a bump above the the nub. I went at this same gestation and there was nothing between my daughter's legs:) Good luck! Will you get another scan?
