Oh, and I almost forgot, aside from the supplements that specify to take on an empty stomach it is best to take them with a meal or snack including at least some fat in it to help breakdown and absorbtion (but, again it's questionable as to whether you want all the calcium to be absorbed while ttc a girl). You don't want to take more than 600mg of calcium at a time because any more of that isn't absorbed well. So, it's best to take your calcium twice a day instread of all at once.
