I had an early ultrasound done a few weeks ago for some bleeding. If I'm understanding Ramzi then this is another boy (transvag with implantation on the upper right hand side). Doctor just scheduled me for my nuchal scan for Nov. 20th! I'll be 12w5d then, so I'm hoping for a good nub shot.
My 20 week anatomy scan is November 28th! How are you ladies feeling about upcoming scans? I'm nervous and anxious! LOL
Hi nkg11208! My first scan is in a couple of weeks and I'm starting to get really nervous! Mainly just hoping everything is ok with the baby and also just hoping I don't feel too devastated if it is another boy.
I had a weird dream a few nights ago where I was having my scan and could clearly see boy bits but the tech was saying congratulations it is a girl!! I was saying 'no, it can't be look' and teh tech was like 'no, def a girl!'. So weird!!!
Hi, please can you add me to your list? Next scan is 11th December. Hoping for pink. (I'm trying to decide whether to have a surprise or not-it's a hard decision! ) if I don't find out at the scan I will update after the birth! Due 24th April x
Hhi mummypink! I feel the same way about my scan except trying to prepare to hear girl again. I have 2 DD 's already and since thus will be my last I was really hoping to have a baby boy. Of course the health of the baby is more important to me but I can't help but wonder how it would be to have my own baby boy! Well Fx'd you hear girl
Going for my NT scan TODAY and will be searching for a nub:) But my gender scan will be the week of Christmas (so far away!!) We always wanted to stay team green but I think I need to prep myself in case it's a girl:)
My early gender scan is set for December 1st at 1:30pm EST :)

I am in New Jersey in the US- so you will have your scan almost a day before me - LUCKY! I will be 16w3d then. Hoping they will be able to definitely tell me:).
I'm 12 weeks and having my nt scan tomorrow @ 12w2d! Praying we can get a good nub shot!!! I wish I was strong enough to be on team green since this will be our last baby, but I just can't handle it. The suspense is killing me. I also scheduled a 13 weeks gender scan at a private place. They guarantee gender at 13 weeks and I've never heard of anyone I know being disappointed... We'll see!!! I'm so nervous!!

I know... 13 weeks is crazy to me too. But everyone I know goes there. If they can't give you that 99% (since no one will ever really give you 100%) they will have you come back until they can see it clearly. My sister actually went at 12w6d and they were right on with her too!!! Plus it'a only $25 for the scan... Can't beat that for a peak!!! :)
I've been having some crazy dreams about my nt scan being abnormal. I'm getting a bit nervous about it. Keep me in your prayers please. :) Thanks!!!

Oooh so excited!! Just bought my gender scan forward a week to THIS FRIDAY!! So excited!! will only be 15 +2, anyone lese had it done this early??

I know of 6 babies who's mums were told at the 12 week NT scan and they were correct, so if they can tell at 12 weeks you'll have no worries at 15 weeks.Quote:

The place I am going to does them from 15 weeks. I asked about the accuracy and she said in 90% of cases they can tell with 100% accuracy at 15 weeks. If they are not 100% then they tell you what they think but get you back in 7 days before confirming 100%.

My friend here also does them at 15 weeks and if shes not 100% she won't say and will have you come back.
She was right with all of my kids.
The only reason I am thinking of pushing it back is so that I don't doubt her this time , nothin to do with her skill or track record

(((HUGS))) I know exactly how you feel. We swayed pink with my 3 year old and I was told 85% girl by the tech at my nt scan. Oh boy... I went out and spent some $$$$ on her. I scheduled an elective scan for family at 18 weeks and it was clear as day that she became a HE. I cried for days... not necessarily because I was having a boy, but it just felt I had just lost my daughter. I tightened up my sway and had a miscarriage last March at 10 weeks... found out that was a boy too. This time I swore my hubby would agree on high tech intervention, but HE WANTS A BOY this time??? I don't get it. I threw the swaying out the window hoping it would make a difference... we'll see! I'm going for an early gender scan appt this afternoon. I'm wondering if he's just trying to cover up not being GD with this one in case it's a boy.Quote:

Thanks nkg, it is another boy for us! I'm ok though, better than I thought actually. I am gutted knowing I will never have a daughter but it was so amazing seeing our new little man on the u/s I wouldn't change him for anything. xx

Hello, hello! Went in for my NT scan this morning with no expectations of having a gender guess since I know a lot of techs don't believe in the nub theory, etc. Towards the end she reluctantly gave me a boy guess. I have tons of pics, but posted the only two that showed the whole baby on this thread here. Guess time will tell if she was correct. She said baby wasn't in the best position for guessing.Quote:
