I was wondering about the bobbly bit aswell, and I agree I can't rule it out as a possible boy nub. It does seem just slightly too high?? Can you post your other pics for me please, I just want to see if there are any skull shots which may be convincing:)

Im convinced the bulby bit on top is leg or cord, I posted on ingender aswell and coldwater and lovemy4 both said girl. Atomic says girl. Coldwater did say some of the cord was near nub, so maybe that what she means - the bulby bit on top is cord. To me its too big and up the nub to actually be part of the nub... hmmmm:think:

When I looked on my phone the blob definitely looked as if it was more to do with the activity behind it:agree: but your pic just keeps reminding me of some of little Daves shots, so I am gonna say 51/49 boy. I have guessed like this before on a similar picture and was proved completely WRONG lol!!! So take my guess as just a little bit of extra excitement for you until the big day, best of luck with your little lady xx

If the nub is the straight bright line, then GIRL! If its that blob on top of the line (which I hope is a bit of leg or cord) then I'd say BOY.
If its that straight line then that's the girliest nub I've seen!!! Am confused by the other bit but also agree the other bit looks too big for a nub.
Somebody else said it already, I think now you have this, you are better to just find out at the 18-20 week scan, rather than going mad nubsessing!!!
I know, Im going to stop nub sessing now!! We def wont find out at anatomy scan, DH really doesnt want to and we didnt for any of the others, so I just have to put it out of my mind!
Its def the white line, as I also had another quick scan at work when I was 14 weeks and it was still there looking very flat still. That more grey thing is cord. I also put it on in gender and coldwater pointed out the cord on top of the nub.
Ok, I wil TRY to put it at the back of my mind now.... haha
in that case i'd say its the flattest girliest damn nub i've ever seen! And lately i've been nubsessing a lot, to distract myself from ttc and obsessing over my cycle!! ;-)
I forgot you get to have scans at work. I would be hard pushed not to look at a potty shot... with ds1 I had no idea what I was looking at when the tech did a potty shot and asked "do you know what that is?", by the time ds2 came I knew even from looking at his manly feet, and when they did a potty shot I knew instantly!
lol, yes you do def take more interest after your first. Im VERY good, and make sure I look away in all the anatomy scans with the other pregnancies when they look at kidneys, etc etc around that area... But I feel nub is not off limits coz I keep telling DH its not 100% accurate... hehe so this is the first time and only time Ive had any insight into the gender whilst still pregnant and I cant help but obsess over it! lol
But Im going to put it out of my mind now (well I'll try anyway)

Thank you Meeks! I'm so nervous, but think its the best thing to find out now, can only imagine how churned up I'd be at delivery if I wait that long!! I think the anticipation is just such a killer lol 2 more sleeps-but won't know until about 9pm my time as will wait for DH to come home from a business trip over east....
When I went for my anatomy scan a few weeks ago - something that the sonographer said is stuck in my mind.... She knew (at the time) we didnt want to find out what we were having, anyway, I went to a womens specialised imaging place that just does obstetrics so I didnt go to work for this. (I work in Radiology) Anyway, she knew I worked in radiology, and when she was scanning the kidneys, she said "I hope you dont know what you're looking at because I know the gender" I couldnt see anything, but the screen was on the far wall and had it been closer I'm sure I could of seen something.
It just makes me feel like a penis was hitting her in the face the way she said it....

I really think this will be a girl! I am happy your finding out :D I think it was a vagina hitting her in the face... When I went for my anatomy with this babe as soon as she put the wand on she was laughing cause the first thing she saw was his penis lol...

I do too. But If the sonographer knows gender identification really well there is no reason he/she couldn't have seen a very obvious girl part just as much as he/she could have seen a boy one. So don't be put off by that! Maybe she saw hamburger! LolQuote:

I know what you mean. Not knowing is the worst.
Second month on clomid and it didn't save me from another chemical but I did o earlier than the past few months, just not as early as we hoped. I'm on 50mg, thinking of upping to 100 next month. Waiting to test now. I could be 7 or 8 dpo. Ff thinks 7, I think 8 because I drank the night before the day I felt o pains (cd18) and think that temp was false high. Also my o pains were pretty obvious. Anyway I tested today and bfn. Still early but don't know what to feel. I don't know if I should convince myself to feel confident in my symptoms because I've had them so many times before, and had chemicals, or bfn's.
Oh Meeks, I'm sorry to hear you had another chemical. I can only begin to imagine the frustration with that. I hope the clomid works this month for you! You so deserve it to be your month!! You can loosen up on a lot of your other sway factors now you are on the clomid, and easing up on these may also help make your body a more desirable environment for implantation. I have all my fingers and toes crossed for you!

Lol nearly! I think I told you I basically dropped most of my sway factors and ended up falling pregnant. I think some bodies just respond really sensitively to swaying more than others. I know my body was super sensitive to vitex and saw palmetto, made it do all sorts of crazy things.... Then I had 2 cycles in a row where I didn't O at all. I know I was only trying for 8months, not as long as you but I thought it would never happen. I know your time will come hon. You've put in so much hard work. You deserve it to happen soon! I will update as soon as I know something!! One more sleep but 2 more days as we won't open results until DH flies back home tomorrow night....
Ok-so I've had my scan!!! I have 6 images on disc and have it written down in a separate envelope!! In 10 hrs DH will be home and we can finally look!! I'm soooooo anxious, excited and nervous!!!
