So yes I had clomid, blood tests, internal ultrasounds to track also
, then I had the trigger shot of HCG ... Not everyone needs it but at my clinic they have found that even for people who release their egg on their own, the trigger shot also acts as a booster to kick start the hormones. I also had to go on progesterone Pessaries which I'm almost weaned from.
In regards to ttc - I did one attempt around 2.5 days from Ovualtion. I did shallow(ish) but not too shallow ( wel will call it medium haha) as the month before it literally felt like it all leaked straight out of me and then I was worried it wasn't enough!!!
I didn't check my PH, but I did go back to full vegetarian and super strict for the 2 weeks or so leading up to O as some studies show vegetarians have more girls and I dont really love meant anyway. I also took baby aspirin-lowers ph and also helps with implantation and sticking :)
