11dpo bfn. I am going to stop testing now .
I am going to take a break from ttc for a few months plus I have already been on clomid for 2 cycles and I dont want to be on it again next month. Good luck girls with your bfp I really hope you all get your beautiful babies soon xo.

Think I'm feeling a bit better Maiden. Not getting hot/cold like I was but still tired and congested, taking it easy today before returning to work tomorrow. I definitely think I will O today or tomorrow, had some good CM earlier so I think everything is on track, should be able to get another attempt in today.
Sorry Pinkin, I can see wanting to take a break. This is month 11 for us and it does get old but unfortunetly with my age I really can't take a break. Hope a few months off does u good.
Thanks ladies. I really feel that there is something not right because I fell pregnant so easy with our boys we have been trying since 2014 tho this month was the only month we tried alot around ovulation. I might just have to settle with our 2 boys
Pinkin I'm so sorry :( are you sure you cant give it one more go? Will you o again in February? Had you always stuck to 1 attempt prior to this cycle? Only asking as I really think its worth giving e2 - 3d a shot with an extra attempt at pos opk. Then basically you've tried everything. One attempt to 7 attempts is one extreme to the other so maybe working the middle ground will help. Really hoping you stick around for one more go before taking a break but totally get it if you dont :)
Pbn I feel so bad today like everything is against me. So im probably not in the best frame of mind and yes it has been 1 attempt each time. If I was to try again I might do e3d... I did jump and dump each time and I do have a tilted uterus so I dont know!!!!! Its all so hard

5dpo today and ALL day (tmi) I've been getting these sharp shooting sensations in my cervix. It hurts so bad! What could be causing this?
Pinkin you've been swaying so long I would really recommend letting go of things like j&d. E3d sounds like a really good plan. Maybe you could try laying for 10 mins with elevated hips swapping to roll onto your tummy half way through or something? That's what I had started doing a couple cycles back *just* to cover all bases lol (although I spent probably spent half an hour doing this flopping back and forth several times 😂) maybe take a week or so off from thinking about ttc if you can and come back with a fresh look. Huge hugs and hope you're feeling better really soon.
Hi all. Thought I'd better start posting in this thread. So sorry Pinkin. I should be 12dpo today & haven't bothered testing. I tested bfn yesterday using smu using both an ic & a pregnosis brand early in****** test. I got up at 4.30am to dd3 & out of interest took my temp, it was really low. When I got up at 6am I temped again & it had risen up again but just feel like I'm out & it's a sign AF will arrive over the next day or so. She's due by Wednesday. I too got pregnant easily in the past & I guess just assumed it would happen easily again. I think pbn is right though with her advice for you, you have been ttc & swaying for a long time & remember it's lifestyle that sways the most.
Pbn - agree with all others, it sounds like you may be ready to ttc this cycle, I see no reason to wait.
Tfahn- fx o is on its way soon. My last cycle before ttc o was delayed by a lot as I got sick, was very annoying. Even this cycle o was delayed.
Maiden & ttc2015 hope you o soon too.

I want to focus on getting myself fit and healthy I feel so gross atm. Going for a nice lobg walk this morning and will start doing spin classes again this week. I will still be sticking around cheering everyone on!
So sorry Pinkin, I do not know how some of your ladies have managed to ttc for so long, I thought I was pregnant by accident last month and the 2ww was so horrible and the disappointment of not been pregnant really distressed me. It is completely understandable that you want a break, maybe you can just have sex for fun and see what happens? My friend tried for nearly a year to get pregnant and she was so strict about timing and diet, she gave up all of that and just thought it would not happen and two months later she was pregnant. I think anxiety plays a big part in why people who can have children physically don't get pregnant. Please stay around, I am attempting in March so I could do with lots of help and support!

Any big tips for the LE diet? I am new to it and I know March is not long enough to be on it but time is against me and I am not sure I could do the diet long term. Any LE do's and don't for a complete novice? x
Pinkin, I would strongly suggest trying one more cycle going E3D all cycle long for the reasons Pbn3 explained. BUT I also understand if you just need a break full stop, I've taken a couple myself bc of how long I've been swaying and TTC and I think I'd be much less well if I hadn't. Long term swayers/TTCers need breaks!
Girlie, if I could give you only 3 bits of advice about the LE diet, they are: go completely vegetarian or even vegan if willing/capable, limit overall fat intake greatly and eat mostly pink friendly fat/very little blue friendly fats, and NO snacking, stick to 2-3 or even 4 meals a day max. If there's any way you can do daily cardio for at least an hour I'd definitely add that to your sway.
Girlie I found myfitnesspal invaluable for nutrition tracking when starting le diet last year. In fact I've started using it again a few days ago as decided to go start le diet after about a 2-3 month break. Seeing as your ttc next month if you can go vegetarian I'd highly recommended it as it makes sticking to the 40-50g of protein a thousand times easier and you get more food. Personally I found it easiest to eat two meals a day lunch and dinner but do whatever works for you. Vegetables are an awesome filling food with little to no fats (think potato, sweet potato, pumpkin etc) - but dont forget to exclude green veggie protein from your protein intake (still can include in calorie and fat intake). If you find yourself crazily craving something then have it - either try to incorporate with that days totals or have a little less of that nutrition over the next couple days. La zuppa soups if you can get them are also great if your planning a higher fat dinner. I often have a soup with bread for lunch when planning a slack easy yummier dinner (oven food like pastries/chips lol). Ummm spring rolls (that you oven bake) are a good substitute for meat and often do a couple of them with roast veggies (use a tablespoon of oil for veggies and they come out great, include oil in your intake). That's all I can think of really at this point hth!!
Hi ladies, I am hoping to join you this month for ttc and fx bfp after my missed miscarriage and d&c. Dr. said it is ok to start trying right away but that nothing is going to happen until my hcg goes down. 2 weeks before my d&c my betas were 110,000 so it might take a while for it to go down since I am still getting positives on hpt. I go in this Thursday for Ob to check betas and see how they are decreasing. The only thing that bums me out was that I was on le diet for almost 2 full years before getting my bfp (only ttc 6 months of those 2 years, trying to get into the swing of it), and when I got my bfp I dropped le diet immediately because after almost 2 years I was ready to be back to normal. Now I have been off of it for almost 2 months and really don't know if I am going to go back. I really want my little girl but not sure I want to do all the sway things that decrease fertility because I want to have my last baby too. I don't know which is will be worse, having to ttc for a long time again or gd.
Hopefully I will get to ttc this month.
My hubby is working away all this week so makes everything look so much worse but we will have another try in march. I just need a month off clomid and the whole ttc thing I will be doing e3d in march

That is one thing i really can't go is vegetarian, i have a few medical issues that prevent me to completely cut out meat due to a certain amount of protein needed.
I'd just do no red meat then, if that's possible?
Girlieplease, I found smoothies very helpful. I would usually have one of those as "breakfast" and then a lot of hummus and veggies, soups, sweet potatoes, rice and bread. That's mostly what I ate. I never completely eliminated meat. I still ate chicken and fish 2-3 times a week. I also ate a lot of salads. It was a huge change from what I normally ate so I figured it was good enough of a change. :)

Signingmommy, FX for a fast recovery and for you to O this month. I ovulated on cd24 after my miscarriage but my hcg levels never got as high as yours. I think the highest I got was 513.

Girlie I thought I'd screenshoot my days food dairy so you get an idea. All you other le ladies please chime in if you think there should be something different - I'd hate to lead someone down the wrong path :). Seeing as you're just starting maybe consider having fibre with any meal high in fat (like my dinner). I'm probably going to have to up my intake as I started the cardio at the same time as diet but I'm waiting to see what the weeks weight loss is first. The alcohol is a nip of vodka split between two drinks. I having been diluting it quite heavily with soda water and add a dash of diet lime cordial and fresh lemon. Last night I had two nips to help up calories as was just above1200. *the sodium is quite high for today, I dont actively track it but if I notice its high like today then I try to be close to the same amount under the next day or over a couple days :).Attachment 29631

I'm 10 dpo, AF is due tomorrow. I've been cramping off and on so I'm just waiting. Test this morning (IC) was pretty negative. I feel like I saw a shadow of a line but I think I might just be crazy. Not too hopeful. Hmm as I am typing this I checked FF and apparently AF is now due Tuesday instead of tomorrow. Not sure why it changed..... I was due to O on valentine's day but now it says Feb 15th.

No red meat was what I did for the last 2 years with limited other meats. I guess I'll go back and do cardio again.
I have added a signature that includes a link to my ff chart. For today's temp I put in the later one at 6am. Maybe I should have put in the 4.30am one. I was just so cranky that my temp was so low at 4.30 I didn't even record what it was. I think around 35.7 which would be below coverline. Feeling nothing today, no queasiness, heartburn or cramping so far. CM seems more watery today & cervix seems higher than yesterday but I haven't really been good at tracking cp after o. I changed ff setting from advanced to research as it had my o day as cd19 & I know I certainly didn't o then.
I was going to write some more reply's but dd3 needs my attention.

Ladies I'm still sitting a little on the fence with regards to ttc this month. I've almost come to the compromise with myself that I will but it will only be one attempt at pos opk (my mum will be visiting the week in lead up to o so very unlikely any bd will be going on until attempt time). I'm not sure why but something is still holding me back. Not sure if its gut instinct or plain fear. Have decided to put the decision of whether I end up even doing one attempt on the back burner until pos opk day. I'm hoping by then I'll be able to easily make the decision :(
2 dpo today! Temp even higher than my spike yesterday! Spotting I been having since cd 7 I had a chemical earlier this month, today it eased up to almost gone had some light brown mixed cm light pink mostly cleared up now. But still heading to Doctor Wednesday to make sure it nothing serious.
I have some twinges and boob tenderness not sure if that normal

I am having a lot of cramping still in my ovaries, particularly my right one. I figured that I'd have more cramping in my left ovary considering it had the larger follicle but I haven't really felt anything on the left side this whole cycle. I'm sure my ovaries are just still sensitive from the trigger.

farmgirl, wow yeah CD19 is definitely wrong. I think you may have Oed a day later, on CD22, and FAM setting should move your CHs there if you want. If you did O later it is more likely you are pregnant... :) Oh and in your October cycle I really think you Oed on CD27 so FF is way off there too.

Momamia, for some reason my right ovary is MUCH more sensitive and when I O from the left I don't necessarily even feel it. It's rare though so not a big sample size. But my right O pain can be so, SO extreme. It is not uncommon for one side to be much more sensitive so maybe you are like this too?
I've felt some almost O pain on the right tonight/yesterday but not nearly as much as usual and intermittent rather than my constant 6 hours as is usual. It's 3am, do I don't think I've surged or Oed yet. Hopefully I get a positive 'tomorrow/later today, I.e. CD17/Monday. Sooooo annoyed I'm Oing late on Clomid, grr! I guess I need a higher dose, a full 100mg, but that is not an option and I doubt I could handle the side effects of a higher dose.
