Firstly, what an adorable baby you have there! That little stretch in the middle was too cute!
I didn't see any stacking at all and the nub is definitely parallel to the spine, so I'm definitely thinking girl!

At almost 14 weeks I would expect to see some sort of angle or at least stacking but this looks pretty much like a classic girl nub to me :)
The ultrasound tech said baby was between 13.5 and 14 weeks which is spot on with period dates
