happyheart - I like the security of a digital OPK since there was no questioning a + result, though I did notice that I often got my + about a day after they started to look + with ics. Go with your gut - if you think your ics are + and your body is showing other O signs, then start preparing for your attempt.
They look *almost* positive to me, but not completely positive. The test line is supposed to be just as dark as the control line. I think you'll get a + later today - hold your pee for 4 hours and test in the early afternoon - that's the time of day when your LH levels are highest.

I'm so glad you got your smiley! Personally, I wouldn't use Rephresh so close to your attempt or you might kill off all the spermies. I think at least 24 hours between using it and dtd is probably best...but then again, I ended up dropping Rephresh entirely, so maybe you shouldn't listen to me. :wink:

Good luck maybe! I agree with Mocha, if your attempt is tonight then I wouldn't use the Rephresh now. I think Sylk is a great option for a one off attempt at O!
Oh i also got my +o smiley i checked at 2 today so im hoping to dtd as late tonight as i can stay up i felt pains in one side too so im hoping to catch o+10 as i think the 12 will be too much for me i have a feeling at my age 37 id miss it!I m supposed to o tomorrow so i was quite shocked,,nervous about it being today! i hope im not dtd too early??

I'm trying to plan our sway for whenever it might happen. I'm on the diet. We tried swaying in my Sept cycle, but I still haven't O'd and I'm on CD31! Over the past couple weeks, DH has had phone interviews for a job in another state and he flies out next week for an in-person interview. So, the possible new job and cross-country move, coupled with my wacky cycle has put our sway on hold. But I'm sticking to the diet so I'm ready whenever we get to try again. And I'm following the threads and learning as much as I can.
I really appreciate everyone here and the support available. :)

Well i did what i think was 0+12 last night but today i have had very bad o pains and im sure that it is conception,,,well never can be sure but somethings happening down there and ive never been wrong?Im thinking that i ovulated today and also conceived hopefully so ill have to rely on the diet and hope it worked as 0+12 i doubt i did...oh well , im happy with how it went and what will be i guess..good luck to you all too! oh i am really looking forward to eating ,and tomorrow is my sons bday ,but i hear about the 2ww and im not sure if i should comtinue for the 2ww or just forget it as i doubt ill do this again if i dont conceive? what about you all are you continuing for the 2ww?is it really neccesary?
I've never heard of someone getting pains from conception before, maybe you just OVed a little later? hope you have conceived a lovely sticky healthy one that implants safely!
I'll definitely be continuing the diet in the 2ww in case I don't conceive this cycle and need to continue next cycle, or I'd have to wait 6 weeks to give it another go. I wouldn't stress about one birthday celebration meal, though, just ensure that at minimum you're skipping breakfast!
I think in the 2ww you can worry less about 'what' you're eating but it's still a good idea to try and keep blood sugar levels low (and continue to skip breakfast like rainbow said) so that you're providing the best environment for a girl bean to thrive in. Good luck!
From this morning temp, FF says that I O'd three days ago (which is what I thought).
Now on to the waiting for the interview, results from the interview and a HUGE decision.

yeah ive pretty much come to the conclusion that it was ovulation pains but they were quite intense ive never felt them that strong..and that means also i pretty much screwed up o+12 AND DID THE PERFECT BOY TIMING! oh well ,i just didnt want to miss it,i dont think timing is that important anyways.Yeah maybe i will continue the diet too just not so strict as maybe the pains were o and trying to conceive and didnt?I know it sounds strange but i usually can feel every little thing and always swear i can feel conception and last night i felt some kind of weird business going on in there,so im still hopeful.

I have actually heard ladies say that their ovulation pains were stronger in the months when they conceived. I feel every little thing going on inside too and I thought I was pregnant this last time from the get-go, so let's hope your intuition is right for you too! I wouldn't lose any sleep over the timing :D

Evening ladies. I am pretty sure I ovulated/am ovulating today. Have tummy pains on LHS which is most unusual for me as generally don't have any idea when ovulating! OPK had also gone back to negative. So it looks like I am offically on the 2WW as well.
Thanks for all your advice yesterday on what to use. I decided to give the rephresh a miss but used a bit of sylk on DH (man that stuff is slippery!) DTD and dumped the first batch and DTD again and used the second. Decided not to J&D as actually want to get pregnant!
Ah well, time will tell. FX for a pink BFP for us all soon. x
