I'm just wondering how the updates go? I added my sway. But i'm not in the spreadsheet.

Also is stumbled upon this thread, so I could add my result. I have seen more opposites in added sway's that are not updated here as well.

So now i'm starting to think things look better than they really are?

Probably swaying again in couple of years, so I would love things to be reliable!

This is not the spreadsheet data. This is simply sways where I am aware of people who swayed this year and the outcomes they had. I do this every single year because it's just an easy way to keep track of things and for people to visualize how our outcomes are doing among the active members. Lots of people wonder "oh I wonder what so and so got" and so I do these threads to make it easier for people to keep track of the people who they were trying to conceive with, even if they leave the site and don't stay in touch.

I do tell people to look at the Complete Sway Stats which number to nearly 500 people by now instead of either the Due Date groups or this list because that number is much more accurate. Complete PINK Swaying Statistics Spreadsheet Info and Links to enter your sway

If you know of sways that are not in here, please update me with names. (I literally ask for this on every single page LOL...scroll back and you will see that I am constantly asking for people to let me know about sways that don't work because I want these numbers to be as accurate as possible) Trinity, I had added you back when I first read that you were having an opposite, actually, and you are on that page already. I did see one other name in the spreadsheet that I hadn't added and added it, but then I also saw 2 successful sways that I hadn't added yet as well.

Not scientific, but then none of this is scientific.

I agree that these numbers are suspiciously high and I expect them to drop over time.
Again, ladies, please help me out here, I WANT ALL KNOWN SWAYS in these pages, success and opposite alike. I do not and NEVER HAVE told anyone to expect this level of success. I use only the results of the spreadsheet data and not these year by year tallies when people ask me what results they can expect, so we can get the largest sample size we can get and thus the most reliable information.

My goal is for the most accurate results we can get, even if the results are actually lower than reality would be because I want people to go into swaying with a realistic expectation of success and not an artificially high one.

Again, just to be clear, I've been calling openly for opposites and always have been. I am not covering up any opposites and if they aren't here, it is because I do not know about them or thought I'd added them and forgot to.

PLEASE TELL ME the results of all sways, successes or opposites.

I completely understand wanting to look out for other people and not have inaccurate info out there, but this is one thing I've really tried to be very proactive about in terms of using only the most accurate results and urging everyone to let me know about opposites. :)

Huge congrats, I've added you to the list!

At the top of the page you'll see a bar with several options like home, forums, etc. Select the one that says "my posts", click it, and it will give you options between "my threads" and "my posts". If u click my threads you will get a list of all the threads you started and you can just scroll thru those and find your sway that way and then update it.

I swayed :DD: and got :DD: ! Happy to add my sway when my brain works better. So thrilled and thankful for the support!

Atomic, why blue sway only 1/3 , whereas pink days 2/3 ? Is this based on previous stats or swaying technique ?

This is with PINK SWAYS. This is a thread about swaying PINK, not swaying blue. With good pink sways we are getting girls about 2/3 of the time (actually a bit better now - 69% with 509 people reporting - but over the course of time we've tended to hover around that range) and getting boys about 1/3 of the time.

This thread has nothing to do with blue swayers. This was me talking totally to the pink swayers.

For blue swayers, not counting 2018 we have 68% boys, with 218 people reporting, with our blue sway tactics. So far in 2018 we started off great but have had several opposites in a row which has brought it down to 55% right now, but this will change over time as it's only 9 people reporting so far.

I filled out the survey but am not on here. Only mentioning because I’ve gotta wonder if this post makes outcomes seem more positive than perhaps they actually are. I think I had too much false hope because of various stat posts like this. [emoji53]

When I am told about a failed sway I immediately come to this thread and post it. I do my level best to include everyone in these results but sometimes i"m juggling 10 other things and miss an update, or I never hear about it. I need you guys to come and tell me (as many times as it takes, if you think I've missed you - it happens.) that your sway didn't work out. I'm not wired into the Internet and literally can't read every post on the site, so if you updated somewhere and I didn't read it there's no way for me to know about it. And if you told me and I somehow missed updating it, tell me again.

I have repeatedly, repeatedly called for opposites in this thread and posted again and again not to use this as your baseline for deciding whether to sway or not. I go out of my way to remind everyone that swaying is not a guarantee and tell people time after time to use the absolute lowest possible expectations of success instead of artificially high ones, more than any other site that I'm aware of. I do think swaying works about 2/3 of the time and have posted that in many places. Some tactics get more but I've never promised any kind of guarantee whatsoever.

This thread is and never has been represented as anyone's expectation of success rates with swaying. And these are just in ONE thread. I have posted countless other posts telling people not to expect overly high chances of success with swaying, telling them swaying is not a guarantee, etc. So while I must apologize if I am sounding overly sensitive here, I try very hard to give you guys accurate expectations of success and want nothing but the best outcome for everyone in terms of swaying, safety, sanity, etc. It just isn't a guarantee. Wish I could make it happen for everyone but just seems to be that God/Mother Nature has different plans. :)

To be clear I never said anything incorrect. I stated *my* feelings and how *I* interpreted things. I never said you were misrepresenting anything. I was simply bringing my sway to your attention as (you pointed out that) you asked us to do.
I know you do a lot on here. No one expects you to keep up.
I was simply trying to help others by having a more accurate thread.
I’m already going through a lot and this hurt though. The GD threads on here are dead and I feel I have nowhere to turn. Apparently this was not the right thread to reach out on either.

I also swayed for girl and it looks like it worked, but the confirmation at 14 weeks isnt that reliable yet :) I will come back in 4 weeks!

You and Atomic both doing the right thing of setting the expectations right among the swayers...appreciate this... Most of us have gone through severe GD and we try to prevent this to happen to others..I was also overwhelmed by the results in this thread and kept my expectations little after Atomic insists everyone not to look into just one high wave trend...

I understand that and it is never my intent to pile onto anyone's GD or pain. I am always happy to help offer support to anyone who needs it. I am a human being and I have feelings and emotions too and it hurts - kind of a lot to be honest - to have charges of me being anything less than totally ethical laid out there for everyone to read. Particularly when I had those concerns all along myself, and tried very hard to keep this thread accurate and to keep people's expectations realistic. Particularly when I DO try to keep these threads as accurate as I possibly can. It puts me in a position I do not ever want to be in where I have to go back and prove my case for being honest and upfront with you guys. And I apologize for having to do that or if I could have done it more delicately - probably. I could have and should have done better with my response and I apologize.
