No good news yet and I finally caved and saw the obgyn.
He recommended to take Metformin as I showed mild pcos.(right ovary has a lot of tiny eggs and left ovary has a mature egg. 2cm) And he said this is to suppress the male hormones. He suspect I have more male dominant hormones in me as I have acne and hair loss.
At the same time he prescribed baby aspirin.
Question is will Metformin and baby aspirin impact the boy sway
Metformin likely sways slightly pink but if you're careful to eat regular meals you can overcome it and still get a boy.
THe PCOS tendencies likely sway blue anyway.
Why is he giving you the baby aspirin?
Baby aspirin is to increase the chances of pregnancy and also due to the recurrent miscarriages that I had
I was given a low dosage to take daily.
Ok. Sometimes people are given it without medical reason and it's best to skip it in that case.
Aspirin is said to sway pink but when we tracked it in our results it got really poor results (did not appear to be swaying either way.) If you need it, you need it.

Took some blood work on cd 4 and progesterone came back low
No idea what is the normal range . I am taking some maca powder to see if it will increase the levels

That progesterone is totally normal for CD 4. The range goes from .34 thru 1.62 in the follicular phase and at .44 you are within normal range.
Maca can act like estrogen in the body, delaying or even stop ovulation for some people, has shortened LP for some people, and has had some very weird side effects including hallucinations and muscle twitches over the entire body. Because it acts like estrogen, it may discourage your body from making its own natural estrogen, and also may encourage the growth of estrogen sensitive cancers down the line. It also may aggravate underlying thyroid problems for people who are sensitive to thyroid issues (which you can be even if it's never been diagnosed), and malfunctioning thyroid is among the most common causes of miscarriage.
Ok I have stopped the maca. Sigh not sure what I can do. Period just got here. Super depressed now. Why can't I get pregnant. 🙁🙁🙁
Tell me when you're having attempts and what are you doing in terms of attempts. ARe you on any other supplements??

Having sex every other day is not a good way to conceive. This is because you can easily end up with only one viable attempt in the fertile window. This is not high chance of conception and also may sway blue.

While coconut oil is fine to use I don't think you need it. I think that the EOD may be cutting odds of conception too far. I think you need to have sex every 2 days and then in the fertile window O-2 thru O Day (even if you need to do digital OPK to determine this) have 3 attempts or more.
Do you find your BBT O day is matching the length of your cycle?
The bbt o day matched the cycle length. My luteal phase is 14 days. So typically my O is on CD 12 or CD13Quote:

I think the EOD, while good for blue, may not be working for you guys. So I want you to stretch that out by a day or two and go to every 2-4 days.
Then, since your cycle is regular, if there is any way to have 3 attempts just before ovulation, please do so.
When you do every other day, this can end up with attempts that are in one of these two patterns:
O-5, O-3 and O-1 (the O-5 has no shot at the egg, the O-3 is a long shot, and only the O-1 is going to be for sure viable - one attempt)
OR
O-4, O-2, O Day (the O-4 has no shot at the egg, the O-2 is for sure viable, and a shot on O day is often too late - one attempt.)
In addition to one attempt swaying pink, it's also not a good way to conceive, so whenever someone is not getting pregnant and DTD every other day I urge them to give the every other day and try to have 2-3 attempts just before ovulation. That is much better for concepiton, and it's also better for blue as well. :)
