If the woman is older than the baby's father then is the baby's gender always a girl?

I'm 2 yers older than DH and our first was a girl. BUT looking back I swayed very pink. And for my subsequent two I swayed blue. If only it was this easy lol!

This discussion looks finished but just thought I would add that my grandmother was older than my grandfather & they had 4 children - boy, girl, boy, girl.

My mom was 8 yrs older htan my stepdad and they had a boy and a girl together.

I'm 6 months older and have 2 boys. My mum is about a year older than dad and they had a boy first (followed by 2 girls).

Can only speak for my brother as I am younger than my husband. But my brothers wife is 10 years older and they have two girls.

i am 3 years older than my DH and we have a boy together my previous DH was 5 years older than me and we have 3 ds.

I am 9 months older than my husband and our first and so far only child was a boy. currently pregnant with number 2 but gender is unknown.
