I did the chinese gender chart you did and put in 2 different conception dates as I don't know exactly when I O'd and I got 2 different genders! I definitely know it will be a boy or a girl!!
Mocha, we both have scans on the 28th, but mine is my 20 week one and we don't think we will find out gender (though I haven't ruled it out 100% yet).
In-laws have been here 24 hours and are already driving me crazy!! Only one more night with us and then they are staying nearby- phew.

I haven't been on on for a few days as i think me searching ultrasound pics was taking over my life and i think i was kinda giving myself false hope.
Anyways i heard alot of people commenting on the books Fifty Shades Trilogy and thought i would read them take my mind off the up and coming scan and OMG i picked the book up and havent put them down 3 and 1/2 days later i read all three...totally addictive and amazing!
Wish there was 3 more to take me to Tuesday :D
Pinkin ~ so sorry you didnt hear girl, im sure you will get your daughter in the future.
We are done at 4 for a long time now, but im only 27 and DH 31 so would not rule out going HT in the future. I dont think i can let my dream go. Wont be for along time though, i would want all the kids to be older though. DH said that he wont have the snip incase in the future we do decide to go HT (i dont think we would try naturally again) so even though he said 4 is our limit he isnt ruling it out.
I think he wont have snip though because my sister got her dh to have it about a year ago and now she has left him she saying he cant give her anymore kids...heartless b**ch.
I feel sorry for her DH, poor bloke! I think DH thinks if he cant give me anymore kids then i will leave him...i told him that would never be the case and said if he really didnt want anymore i would have my tubes tied. But we have decided to do neither.
Hey ladies! I'm out of town this weekend visiting my Dad in the hospital for Father's Day. The doctors think he only has weeks left, so dh insisted I come, though it means he's spending Father's Day alone taking care of the 3 kids. Very sweet. This is my first time away from the kids overnight ever, so it's been strange for me.
I haven't read 50 Shades yet, but my girlfriend has them and has offered to lend them to me, so I'll probably give them a try.
Mocha sorry about your dad! Im sure your boys and dh will have a great time, nice to have time with them especially on fathers day.
Today is fathers day in uk and sadly DH is working and the boys haven't seen him yet.
Mocha deffo borrow them, they are a great read. The author is mean't to be re writing them from the character 'Mr Grey' i cant wait...:bigsmile:

HappyLea, thanks for the book tip. I love a good read. I think I may tell my DH to have the snip as a 40th b'day present (in 2.5 years). I love that your DH is prepared to go HT for you. He's a keeper!

Does anyone remember at their 20 week scans did the tech tell you at the end what your baby weighed? at 20 weeks mine was 12 ounces... Is that pretty big for 20 weeks? Tech said its average but when I searched it they say 10 to 11 ounces is normal
I dont think i have ever been told babies weight at a 20week scan, I will let you know if they tell me tomorrow for this baby.Quote:

I also think it it is sooo sweet your DH is open to HT in a few years. Being 27 you are so lucky that you get a chance for your 4 boys to get some time to grow and still have plenty of fertile time left to pursue the idea of HT. We were double booked this weekend...went to mom's 70th bday party on Sat and then my DH's cousin's HS graduation, and well I rang my mum yesterday and she is furious that I didn't stay for her whole party on Sat, though I did tell her beforehand we'd have to leave early. She was bieng vicious calling my DH a jackass and selfish for not putting her 1st.... this cousin he has that graduated (her name is Stormy) has been thru a ton of RL crap, incl. losing both mom and dad in the same week. She was a troubled student and almost failed 9th grade becuz of family dramma...so for my DH it was very important to support her for graduation...
Who is right or wrong? i felt we tried to do our best by attending and supporting both events, and it was a LONG day for our kids as well, everyone was exhausted, but I feel like my effort to please my Mom meant nothing because she said we shouldn't have even bothered to come to her party if we couldn't stay the whole time, and because she is my Mother, and we are more closely related than a cousin, that she should have "won" and had us there the whole time!
Should we have really skipped the graduation in favor of my mom? She was fine with the idea of us leaving early until it actually happene,d where she pleadded with my DH for us to stay and he just kept saying "we promised her we'd be there for the graduation." She already doesn't care for him, and then she called him lazy because he doesn't work anymore. He does work..he's a SAHD, but she got all nasty about him....and i told her that I wouldn't stand around and listen to her bash him, and that made her mad too...sigh.
Father's day went well though, made hubby some cheesecakes and we ate steak and french fries and the boys and him just played some.
