Hello cardio-ladies. How are you all doing? I am back at this thread after one month without exersice. I have been diagnosed with missed abortion. Very enoying to have all these symptoms or hunger, fatigue, sore breasts, but no foetus or baby to show for. I have now started exercising again while I am waiting on a natural abortion. I think my HCG-level is still high. Last Friday it was around 45.000 so it will take some while before it decreases to zero. My tummy is still huge compared to before BFP and my weight is 52 kilo (used to be 47 kilo), so I am eager to get back to shape, get back on track with LE diet and start TTC again. I feel that I lost one months for nothing. I am now on holiday in Spain but manage to do my daily one hour of cardio in front of the laptop in our apartment while DH sleep and my boys watch iPad. They think I am crazy, LOL. The good thing about my missed abortion is that I can now enjoy nice Spanish white wine together with DH. Hope you are all doing great.
I'm so sorry dreamsister. :(

Hey all, been keeping up the exercise although still not back up to my frequency/distance of running following my injury but I've been in the gym to do my hour. I did my first 10k run in a couple of weeks the other day and my knee has seemed to have held out ok so fingers crossed... I'm away for a hen this weekend so I'm sure diet will go to pot but will try and keep up cardio throughout.x
Dream sister sorry to hear that. Hope you feel better soon.
Ladies what sort of cardio are you doing. I do an hour of exercise bike daily. I was doing it during the day but I get insanely hungry. So Now I've been doing after boys go to bed.
How intense is everyone doing it ? I feel
Pretty tired at the end but I only start feeling like that probably in the last 20 min. I wonder if that is considered intense.
I started out doing a split between a cross trainer and an exercise bike then it was all just exercise bike which it absoluty fine if you can only do that because I just found out my sway worked and my princess is on board.xx

Really sorry to hear that dreamsister, let's hope you get your bfp very soon and enjoy your glass or two of wine.
Well done 3sacharm I don't seem to ever go any further than 7k! Enjoy your weekend and at least you can have a drink.
Helpfullmummy I do half run and half speed walk at the same speed on my treadmill and it seems to be a good routine for me as I have a very physical job. The best time of day for me is early afternoon, if I attempt it in the mornings I find it very hard and I'm shattered for the rest of the day. I'm so not a morning person!
I'm the same, I do a half run/half walk about 3 days a week and I tend to do between 7-8kms.
For the rest of the week I may do one cardio class at the gym, and a few exercise bike sessions at home. The exercise bike sessions are not "intense" I wouldn't say. My bike tells me that I have burnt about 400 cals so a lot less than my walk/runs which are about 600-700 cals.

Tonight I changed the program on the bike and man that was a workout !!! I'm loving how fit im getting from this. I love that it's compulsory for PCOS sufferers and I love that we have to do it 6-7 days/wk or else you sway blue because guess it or not , I'm an all or nothing kinda gal ( no wonder I got boys and if I didn't atleast try this sway I'm pretty sure the next would def be a boy )
