Im very sorry jgojah:( im the same age as u and im asking myself the same question about egg quality...i bought cq10 and i start it next cycle. Everybody is telling me i lost a lot of weight and i look skinny so thats why i cant conceive (i lost just 3kg) but maybe my body decided it is not good time for baby coz when i was pregnant with my son i suffered big nausea and lost 5kg. Anyway im afraid take weight back i eat eggs, dairy and salmon and i hope it will help boost my fertility.

I wonder if that's a secondary estrogen surge dip [emoji848] (usually a dip that big to coverline would be a promising implantation dip)... problem is its hard to say if you're 9 or 6dpo... I was leaning towards 9dpo with o day as cd15 (as previously mentioned) which ff did agree with till now... in any case your temp should come right back up tomorrow and crosshairs again. At least we know not to get *overly* excited next cycle if you do get a deep dip again [emoji4]

I'm really hoping this is your cycle so the point is moot. I had been taking it and was when I conceived and lost my 3rd pregnancy so please don't put too much hope into it giving you that golden egg... BUT I too have read so many success stories that even if I was still ttc I also would continue taking it. Have you done any fertiltiy acupuncture? I know xxforhubby ended up getting some and contributes her bfp in part to it? I honestly wish I had the answer for everyone. Especially other older mums like myself. I cant say just stop trying and randomly bd because some of us feel out of time, and simply out of the heart to continue so you gotta give yourself the best chance each month to catch said golden egg. I fell pregnant 3 times within 13 months so I knew I could get pregnant but now I also understand it simply wasn't a 'goldie' I conceived with. So I'm just counting it as a BFN!

See chart please. Temps are much higher the past two days. Do you see an implantation dip?
Symptoms
Very sore boobs, very emotional. I cried during a stupid comedy TV yesterday. A lot of cramping yesterday. (all different from PMS)
The way my boobs have felt since 7dpoy, really made me feel I could be pregnant. I was kinda expecting to see a BFP this morning. Now, my confidence is wearing off, and I'm preparing for AF.
Do people get clear positives on 10 Dpo?
I think I want to be pregnant so badly, that I convinced my body to believe it:-(

I think you are probably pregnant! I had a bfn at 10dpo and then a bfp at 12 dpo with my last pregnancy! And your temps are very telling. GL!Quote:
