Roll-call!! Due June/July/August 2013

LO - Welcome back dear. Yes that pesky ms is nothing to play around with. I never did throw up with this one but the all day nausea itself was very disabling. All I wanted to do after I ate was sleep because I felt SO bad. You are rounding the corner dear and ms will hopefully be a distant memory for you!

JustJessica - I remember being where you are just 3 weeks ago! I couldn't WAIT for my scan but I was so nervous also. I really had to distract myself and before I knew it...I was on that u/s table. Hang in there!

Maple - AHHHHHHH 2 days!!!! I just know you are going to have your girls in there Maple. What time is your scan?

Jadis - Have you seen my potty shot dear? Not the best one in the world considering tech only got one leg and everything looked like one big blob, lol. If it makes you feel any better, when I went for my specialist appointment I had the tech AND the doctor verify, lol. Boys are clearly boys by this time I am sure. Here is a pic of my son's potty shot...

Oh yeah and like cvd said...I am also doing the 3D/4D u/s. I did it for my son so I feel obligated to do it for my daughter also. I am getting one at 24 weeks and the other at 33 weeks.

AFM: I took you ladies advice and bought some pink, lol. I was going to hold off for a bit but I ended up buying 3 church dresses and a pair of white sandals for Joelle. Argh this girl is going to land me in the poor house. Thankfully girls clothes are easy to find and fairly inexpensive.

I had to change my 20 week scan to the next day, so now it's Wednesday, February 20th (16 days away! AAAHHH!) I'm driving myself nuts right now. I'm so anxious to know.

In other news, dh felt the baby kick last night! The baby was being particularly active, so dh put his face up against my belly and the baby kicked him in the head. It was great. :)

Yay for shopping! How exciting, must have been really fun. I have been picking up a few good deals here and there for Hudson when I see them!

For the 3D ultrasound, the place I went to, they told me to come at no later then 28 weeks???? They said after then baby is big and it's hard to see all features and movements especially. Maybe different machines, I dunno, I hate hearing different things all over the place! LOL!

Ah the waiting game - feels like the days pass so slow eh? It'll be here before you know it though!
And that's awesome that DH felt baby! Such an exciting time!

I had my prenatal check up today.
My doctor sent in my referral letter to the OB who will be doing my surgery. So hopefully within 2 weeks or so I will be meeting with her and getting my C-SECTION DATE!!!!!! :cheer: Yay! So excited, I hope they call me like tomorrow. We are crossing our fingers AND toes she has room for me May 21st (DH was born the 1st, DS1 the 21st, and me the 31st - so we were originally hoping for the 11th but the dates won't allow that lol).

The OB actually just called me - SUPER QUICK lol. My doctor said it'd be about 2 weeks before I hear from her. I am going into see her on FRIDAY at 9am! I am soooo incredibly anxious to get my date. I'll have to update once we know Hudson's birthday :) I think I feel more nervous to meet her and get a date then I felt before going for my gender scan!

Good for you! I bet it was so cool to buy some pink! Lucky you : ) Knew you would, lol.

My scan is 1pm Thursday GMT+12 (New Zealand). I will check in with you all prior when I am working from home (trying to anyway, sure I won't be concentrating)!
I told DH that I was nervous about it and he was like 'Why? Can't do anything about it' He really doesn't get it.. Oh well, thank goodness for you guys.

cvd if you are getting one that is just about right. According to my old OB, if you are only doing one the optimal time is between 26-33 weeks. My old ob does a package called watch my baby grow and they offer 2 u/s. One at 24 weeks and the other a bit later at 33. It may have a bit to do with machines too. They use one called the GE 730 Voluson Pro. :shrug: I'm not sure at what week they recommend getting one at my new ob. I don't think their machines are as advanced so I am choosing not to go with them anyway.

Oh and I do hope you get the date you want. It seems pretty exciting to know your baby's birthday ahead of time although I don't think the surgery is all that exciting. GL and let us know which date you get!
