I had some bleeding so my midwife wanted me to get an u/s today. Baby is ok so far!
I wish the Ramzi method was reliable! If the image is supposed to be flipped, then baby is on left and that could mean girl?!?! I definitely don't want to get my hopes up...

Yeah not sure about Ramzi, I dont think its 100% more like an old wives tale, true for some not for others.
I had a bit of spotting too the other day, we are still on holidays so I didnt go to the doctor. Ive just been trying to take it a bit easier. Heading home tomorrow.
lissa for what its worth my last two babies have been on the right and have been girls (i guess technicaly verdict is still out on this one but the blood test said girl..) BUT...if that was a transvaginal ultrasound you dont flip it for ramzi. only abdominals get flipped. however that would still be 'left' of your uterus...so yes your baby is on the left.
Not to disappoint anyone but my last daughter was a boy as per ramzi. I sent scan to gender experts too who said boy. Just because I was curious so also sent my 1st daughters scan to them (it looks to be opposite to last daughter and they also said boy! I submitted it on ig as the lady is supposed to be really accurate and she also said boy for my confirmed daughter.

I also sent ds2's scan to the gender experts and they guessed girl with ramzi.
Glad all is well Lissastick, hello little bean. I am sure your so glad to have seen baby. Am at a very similar stage to you and it is amazing to think ( hopefully) my bean is at that stage.

I had a bump early on too girlie but it went back down so must have been bloating - impressive bloating though!! Not feeling brilliant today, very sicky, hope I'm not coming down with something... Gender scan in two weeks and feeling very nervous.x
It was a transvaginal ultrasound. I read somewhere that it needs to be flipped for either one! Haha. If I am reading it as is, baby is on my right, which means boy.Quote:

I guess it depends what angle the tech took the picture etc because from the one you sent baby is on the opposite side of my last two babies who were confirmed via ultrasound tech to be on the right side of my uterus (transvaginally)
My morning sickness still hasn't gone away. Unfortunately at this point I may end up on something as I'm feeling pretty depressed with life in general but wanting to puke every.m day isn't helping and neither is all the random bouts of cramping so intense I curl up in bed and cry. My uterus is so mad at me for getting pregnant again so soon. I honestly thought it would take longer or I wouldn't have started so soon. I am not doing well.
