I'm currently CD 18..We did one attempt at positive opk on CD 14. Fairly sure I o'd on CD15..It's our second month trying..but I was on clomid last month and now I'm on femara..so that might be why Atomic had us do one attempt and then q4day. Are u on any meds?Quote:

I am on metformin for my pcos and Atomic had me do 1 attempt at first +opk, she said if we wanted we could to the e4d since my cycles can be irregular which would take the stress off of that. But this was our first attempt/cycle swaying, so I decided to just do the first +opk for a couple months first and then go from there. It's totally up to you though!!
