mtolbert1 - This is my fourth pregnancy :) I have Boy, Boy, Boy already. I swayed for a girl this time around. I never heard of swaying before now. I will most likely find out sometime next month the gender. How many kiddos do you have and is this your first time swaying?
I didn't hear about swaying until back in November! We only lightly swayed this month. This was my second month on femara which I have heard sways as well! I have 2 boys ages 3 & 2 and we really want a girl! But, we have been trying for nearly a year so at this point we will be over the moon happy no matter the gender!

NACIRE I just did find out about swaying around November also! I wish I'd seen it sooner but I wouldn't trade any of my 4 boys for anything

Naci, I think that's probably just hormones (or anxiety), I feel the same a lot of the time; like I'm annoying everyone. So you're not alone on that one lol! I'm so happy your pregnancy is going well, I hope this is your girl! I didn't know about swaying until the beginning of February, and I read, read, read non-stop for a few months before making an account. I was lightly swaying (no coffee, soda, sweets) since February and then kicked it into high gear the end of April. It's amazing how all the girl sway tips sum up my lifestyle to a T! Not one thing that I've read that sways boy that I did previously. I have faith in this site and atomic's research and I can't wait to find out what youre having!!
Ttc-you never annoy anyone lol!! It's good to be informed...by asking questions & seeking advice, look where you are now!!!! And of course give yourself a ton of credit for keeping up that rigorous BD pattern!!! I didn't know anything about swaying until I researched a year ago & then really researched deeper in January. I knew I wanted to try something, but of course I mostly found info about shettles method etc before discovering this site. I wasn't on the right path until I came across the amazing ladies who helped me here!!!! I also have faith in Atomic's extensive research & believe it can work! When are you planning to join us over in the ddg??

I've been good, just anxious for the static smiley.
No plans this weekend, maybe some school shopping. We will figure something out. Seems like we are never at home. Which I love it that way. Home gets me depressed. Love to be out and about!

I found out about swaying right before I got a positive test last year with my angel baby. So the end of April. I had told my husband if we didn't conceive that cycle we were going to put it on hold for three months. Well things went south and here we are a year later kicking swaying into gear!!

Lola, Thank you! I've come to realize that the majority of emotions I feel are not validated. I can't help that I always feel that way, it's been my whole life. I have learned that I can't trust those feelings or I'll go through life completely alone. Just like with dh saying he saw my positive test, I immediately thought he was being mean to me. It's hard a lot of the time just wondering if people really like you or if they just tolerate you, but the reassurance helps a lot.Quote:

Mommy--(Sorry it took so long to reply, I literally fell asleep typing :rofl: I don't remember being so tired/exhausted with my girls!) That's great, I'm convinced this is your cycle! My big game changers were temping and more bd, and yours are those dual hormone tests that work so much better for you, your extra attempt at +opk, and possibly the traveling preseed :bigsmile: This is going to be your cycle, I just know it. I feel like with this new plan, it can't possibly be anything other than a bfp cycle!

mtolbert1 - I actually thought swaying was all about timing baby dance and that would result in a boy or girl. I stumbled on to this page back in maybe 0ct or Nov, and was amazed with all the info about swaying. So you’ve been trying for a year, but you finally got your hands on Femara for these coming cycles? I have heard it’s good for swaying. I bet you get pregnant very soon :) FX so hard you get your baby girl!

TtcBlue18 - I’m not sure if it’s hormones, but I think people build friendships while swaying, and it’s natural to form bonds with certain people going through so much on their particular journeys.. The month I conceived I don’t remember anyone else who also conceived from June. I see people listed for June in the due date buddy group, but I don’t remember anyone in this group to spark a convo and chat about our pregnancies. I’m super excited about the group of ladies with BFP coming out of July because many of you will be close in due dates :) I think you seeing the difference from your girl friendly lifestyle will work in your favor. Any change towards a boy friendly life style will only help your sway :) I pray this is your baby boy!

Mommy2apples - Omgosh your sister finds out on the 3rd right around the corner ekkk! I bet she’s super excited?! You sound like my husband he likes to be out the house as much as possible. If I do leave the house I like to leave before traffic and be home before the afternoon time. Being in Hawaii has pushed me to be way more outdoorsy than I ever thought I’d be. We try and have beach days, or pool days. I secretly hate the beach lol. I hate that sand gets everywhere and all over my car ughhh. I do it for the smiles on my kids faces :)

not the best pic of my little growing baby, but tomorrow I should have something better everyday makes a big difference. I always promised myself if I ever got pregnant I'd buy this swaddle blanket for the baby. I love that it says Aloha :) These are made here in Hawaii.
