My end total was like 17lbs gained with some losses throughout. 10 of that was gone instantly with labor 8lbs was baby. Just make healthy eating choices and watch your carbs and TONS of water which of course means more bathroom trips but the way to burn water weight is to drink water. After you have bladder control back drink half your body weight in oz daily. So if you weigh 100lbs then drink 50oz daily. You wont retain water doing that and will lose weight. Breastfeeding burns calories so does toting a baby around all day :D
