Babyxx- look up SPD in pregnancy. Basically all the hormones we get during pregnancy that prepare are pelvic area to separate during birth go hay wire. So your pelvic bones start separating during pregnancy causing extreme pain. Unfortunately there is not a lot you can do. The bigger the baby gets and the more weight you gain will only intensify the pain. Some people have luck with the belly support systems, you can get ones that wrap up under your pelvic/pubic area that help.
I had it with all my pregnancies. It is the absolute worst. Going up and down step is really painful. Sleeping was a nightmare, turning over in bed was the hardest. You pretty much want to keep your knees together all the time, so sitting cross legged is a big no no. And never try putting all your weight on one foot, so when taking pants on and off you want to be sitting.
So I am rambling....... Sorry maybe this is not even the pain you are feeling? Hoping for you it is not FX.
The best way I could describe the pain was it felt like my pubic bone was being pulled apart:( the good thing was that after birth it pretty much disappeared for me.
I think you can look up some exercises that can help strengthen the muscles holding those areas together.
