TTC Pink February 2014

Hello everyone,
I've just had my implant out so my cycles are all messed up. Currently using ovulation sticks to see when I am ovulating.
Had a faint line today but not darker.

Bit confused about when to do the deed to conceive a girl though or does that not really matter?

Yaay Greeneyes!!! Brilliant news! And perfect that you were our first when it was you who started the February thread :-) Hopefully the first of many!

So when is your due date?! Im sure you must be thrilled, was this your first month trying?

Fingers crossed for a healthy PINK bean :-)

Thank you! I think I'm due nov 3rd. This was our first mo ttc. I have gotten pg first try with all but 1 of my pregnancies. (Dd3). Can't wait to see more of us get bfps!!

So a positive OPK test line is as dark or darker than the control line. When you see a positive there's little doubt, it definitely as dark or darker than the negative faint line tests.

I have been going back and forth with atomic about the timing/number of attempts thing for about two months and she convinced me that the one attempt at positive OPK is the way to go as far as timing and frequency is concerned.

As for the other elements my husband is doing FR every day, meaning he releases everyday outside my body from the beginning of AF until our positive OPK to lower sperm count before our one attempt. Hope that clears things up!
