Are you exercising too? You WILL lose weight if your using more calories then you eat! Have you considered getting an app that counts all your calories? Sometimes I find out that I'm eating a lot more then I think.... Is anybody else on the LE diet having the same problems?
Hi Pebbles! I have the same problem. Are you doing the regular LE or the alternate/pcos version? Maybe you need to increase the intensity of your workouts. I have a hard time losing weight with the diet too and I have to exercise to lose any weight on it. The fiber really helps too.

I would say it's not positive but Def take another later today
To my understanding, it would have to be as dark or darker....
Try to retest after dinner. Not positive yet but close.
