Lauren, those look like classic PCOS/high LH OPKs. I wouldn't be too concerned about multiples on just 50mg Clomid. It's always possible but not a high chance. And a long surge does NOT mean you are releasing more eggs, it's actually associated with a lower rate of multiples if anything. I released 2 eggs last month on 50 g Clomid (but I release 2 eggs naturally 1/4 of the time anyway), and I had the fastest surge I've ever observed. I barely even caught it.

Lauren, I doubt your long/strong surge decreases chance of pregnancy, but I do think you'd benefit from a a full 100mg of Clomid or 5mg Femara, even better. The fact that your surge is still so long on Clomid & Oing on the late side suggests it's too low a dose IMO. But it's definitely still an improvement over a natural cycle and I think you have an excellent shot at a BFP this month. I will be surprised if you don't get one, in fact.
I have a boy name I want to use too! Dh is the one that really wants the boy. I actually don't care other than wanting to use a name and experience raising a boy too. I hope you're right Maiden... I've never looked into Femera. My dr did give me 3 months worth of Clomid and suggested in month two to double to 100mg if we weren't successful the first month. I really was hoping my pcos had magically vanished after losing weight and symptoms but I guess not.

Lauren, 100mg Clomid should make quite a difference, if you don't conceive this month like I bet you will. It is possible that you need to do the PCOS version of LE to completely get rid of PCOS. But I would also guess that all the time spent dieting & doing exercise has greatly improved your PCOS, especially if your symptoms seem gone. There isn't that much more you could do. I say well done!
Same here Quinn. I would enjoy the experience of having a boy but either way would feel connected from the beginning. Dh wants a boy so badly. He was very disappointed when we found out dd3 was another girl & I felt he didn't really connect much with my pregnancy like he would have if she was a boy. It was only once he saw her & held her that I felt the love he had for her. But sometimes I can see how much he longs for a son. When I do get pregnant & we can find out the gender we will be as I need him to deal with any disappointment if it's a girl before the birth. I will be finding as well out as I will be able to tell by his emotions anyway. Fx we get our boys & we don't have to worry about it.Quote:

My DH is not a fan of swaying, thinks you should just let natures take its course. Luckily boy sways increase fertility which is what I need so I can atleast increase my chances for a boy. :)
I'm gonna do a few attempts this cycle, I'm totally freaked out about this situation I am having. I was talking to a lady who Doctor also thought that her lining was too thickened and that there were polyps present, but there weren't! So hopefully that the case, I just don't fit the symptoms and most ladies who get them have issue getting pregnant, which I haven't ever had

Been hanging on to my opks cuz I started testing earlier than normal. Just to ensure I don't miss ovulation. Got a pretty solid positive today I think. I took it though at like 12:05am on CD14.. But I put it with CD13 cuz I forgot to test CD13 morning. We'll see how many more positives I get from here on out. Normally I get two +opks then a negative. Here goes nothing!

Hmmm with ds1 I had no idea about any of this and just dtd as much as possible in fertile window as per online calculator (think I dtd four out of five days or something similar) Ds2 I'd started charting, using opks etc and I'm pretty sure that 'week' I was doing eod and then I'm sure I ended up with having a 1-o attempt in the evening and an AM attempt morning of o (threw in the morning attempt as had a pos opk the day b4) I would just just get in what attempts you can. If that's your first of two pos opks (that you usually get) I'd switch to every day now plus throw in an AM attempt the morning after second pos opk just for extra :) that's just what I would do though as its my understanding there's no such thing as to many attempts after pos opk when swaying boy. If you can get three attempts in from pos opk to o then that's fantastic! Good luck!

That's how it was with us. He loves her dearly but I know he wants a son and has said it! People think he's a jerk for wanting a boy but I understand. I always wanted a girl and would probably feel like him if we had two boys.
I know I'll be able to tell but I'm going to pretend I don't. [emoji6] He can discuss it with other people. This is my last pregnancy and I want to enjoy it and just savor every second. I love being pregnant.

CD 8 today and taking my final pill of Clomid tonight; Excited to start testing for the big O. Since technically this is my first time on Clomid I'm hoping for good things this cycle. How many MG are you on this month Momamia? Are you doing the trigger shot again?
Yay, tfahn! All the waiting just kills me. Isn't it frustrating?! I'm on 100mg of clomid this cycle. Yes, I'm going to do the trigger again. He said something about trying a "secondary surge." I'm not sure what that is but if it gets me a bfp, I'm all for it!! :D
I was able to convince my doctor's office to bump my hsg to Tuesday! :D I'm so excited!!! I can't wait for the results! :)

Hey ladies, I have a question. Have any of you ever had dull pain low and to the right of the cervix in early pregnancy? It's not really painful but always there. I asked on another board and a couple people said it could be ligaments stretching but one girl said that ligaments aren't in the vagina area. This feels like it could possibly be the labia but it's only the right side. I'm obviously worried since any pain in the vagina during early pregnancy doesn't seem good.

So, I'm having ewcm and I'm only cd6! I've never had ewcm this early in my cycle. Do you think it's just from the clomid? I really hope I'm not going to O super early this cycle. I can't dtd unprotected until after my hsg, so it would be a completely wasted cycle.

Ok so I am doing the e4 days ! I am swaying for a girl! I don't want to ruin my chances since really best odds are 1 attempt! This is fourth month so I switched to every four days! I should be ovulating soon! Are you guys dtd the day of positive ovulation test and then the next day too? How's the every four days work if let's say you dtd then you ovulate two days later do you wait the 2 days? I don't want to miss it but also afraid of having two many attempts?
Cmiller e4d is just e4d. You don't even need to use opks unless you want to have an idea when you o. The idea is you are still only having one attempt in fertile window. So no extra attempts as pos opk. Hope this helps :)

Sorry Quinn I can't help with that type of pain either. Don't even remember the types of stretching pains I had in pregnancy.
Momamia - I've never been on Clomid so I'm not sure but I know I normally get days of fertile cm before getting a + opk & ovulating. But if it's un-usual for you then I'm not sure sorry.
Cmiller- I'm swaying boy so I'm no help, but my understanding of it is what pbn said.

Momamia, I haven't taken Clomid before but I do often get a day or two of ewcm right after AF ends. Not sure why...maybe a spike in estrogen?
