Yes, my eldest was just as dark as my girl at birth but quickly turned blond like my 3rd. It's slowly getting darker. My 3rd is the only one who came out blonde I wondering how long that will last!
I can't tell this last ones eye colour, I'm due for brown (have 2blue and one brown;)

Beautiful coocoo!!! We have the same set up!! I have 2 blue eyes and 1 brown and all different hair colors. Haha!
