I think I'm going to try the coconut oil first since I already have it. Then I'll try some Benadryl cream - I might already have this too. I do usually get rashes and topical problems from meds or anything new touching my skin. Thanks for the suggestions! :)

Sorry your kiddo is sick, Lauren. My youngest is sick too. I am thinking he just has a bad head cold but he's been complaining about a sore throat for a few days and sounds horrible when he talks. I'm at the doctor with him now.

Thanks momma! His is definitely a head cold. He's super snotty and coughing a lot with a small fever. We're loading up with elderberry, eucalyptus and thieves. Hope yours feels better too. It's not fun when they're sick. Good news though, I'm headed to the gym.,, hubs came home early!

Lauren, DS has strep throat. :( I feel bad that I didn't take him to the doctor yesterday.

Went to Doctor this morning, cervix looks good and healthy, she tested me for thyroid, and basically think it due to my previous miscarriage. I did not spot today! So she thinks it was hormones and won't come back, if I am not pregnant this cycle she will do an ultrasound after my period ends to check if everything normal. Hoping I am pregnant! I'm 5dpo

I want to test at 9dpo!!! But I'm scared haha

This is what I did! Not sure no one will know when haha, I had two surges so totally messed me up! Atomic recommended every 3 days to me,

maiden thanks for the advice on the diet, i think I can do the 2 -3 meals per day and no snacking and no meat. I think I can do the exercise but I have to do it in sections so: Sunday 6 mile run (1 hour) and half an hour swimming with DS2, Monday 30 minutes walk before breakfast and 30 mins after children go to bed. Tuesday 30 min run in morning and 30 mins walk after children in bed, Wednesday 20 min walk in the morning, 20 mins at lunchtime and 20 mins after children in bed. Thursday 40 mins before breakfast and 20 mins after children in bed. Friday morning 30 min swim and 30 walk after kids in bed, Saturday 3 mile run and 30 mins walking. Would that be ok? Breakfast for the children not me.

signing I unintentionally swayed pink before conceiving DD, I was on a diet for nearly a year before i got married. I ate very little and stopped it about a week before my wedding, I had lost loads of weight, I was off the diet about 7 weeks when I conceived my dd and atomic said that because I was on the diet for so long, it did not matter that I was off it for a few weeks, so maybe the same applies to you?

Princess mom am with you, everyone seems to be having girls and more than one, my best friend has just had her third, sometimes when you have one of each people dont understand but it is tough

Girlie please, if you're doing exercise then the hour of cardio needs to be one continuous hour rather than broken up over the day.
